How long will it take for my gift to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gift to arrive sooner.

Can I include a personalized message with my order?

Yes! Every Wrappiness gift includes a complimentary handwritten note. You can add your custom message in the 'Gift Message' box during the checkout process.

What is your return policy for gift items?

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery services to more countries soon.

Will the recipient see the price of the gift?

No, we never include pricing information or invoices inside the package. All orders are treated as gifts and will only include a packing slip without prices.
